As a Benefits Consultant, Tray works with employers to discover and provide the right Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance products for their organization’s employees. He also services accounts with enrollment meetings and explanations of benefits to employees. Tray is a 2005 Texas Tech Graduate with a Psychology Major and a Political Science Minor. Although he is brand new to the insurance world (starting with Sanford & Tatum in 2019), Tray loves how committed the whole team does right by our clients - tailoring solutions specific to their businesses. Hailing from a family of teachers, Tray’s greatest strengths are listening, understanding and explaining -all great skills in this industry. Tray belongs to the Lubbock Area Association of Health Underwriters and in his free time - attends his two very active daughters’ sports and band events. Tray is an avid golfer and enjoys playing the guitar. As a life-long resident of Lubbock, he and his family attend event TTU sporting event they can!
