Karen began her career in the insurance industry in 2014 when she joined Sanford & Tatum and acquired her Property and Casualty License within a few months. Karen acquired her CISR designation in 2017. As a Customer Service Representative, the main focus of Karen’s job is to review commercial policies for accuracy and coverage and make sure the database information is correct. She works closely with the Commercial Account Managers in making sure our policyholders have the correct coverages. “I enjoy working in an industry that is always changing and never boring and the great people I work with.”
