In his role as an Online Enrollment Specialist, Felix Hernandez works to be a helping hand to everyone who needs him. He spends most of his days in our Employee Navigator system, setting up plans and navigators for each of our benefits clients. Felix prides himself on providing clients with smooth transitions as they grow, ensuring that employees will have an easy time as they choose their benefits.
Felix has a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in communications from Eastern New Mexico University. After college, Felix joined the insurance industry and fell in love how insurance can offer people peace of mind. Felix’s love of insurance, strong work ethic and drive to help others make him a great asset to our team.
