Cindy began her career in the insurance industry in 1977; she joined the Sanford & Tatum family in 2003. Cindy acquired her Life & Health License in 1979 and earned her ACSR designation in 2006. Cindy began her career in Human Resources & Payroll in 2007. “As Human Resource manager, I work with the employees of Heritage Risk Management to make sure they are paid on a timely basis, to keep their benefits up to date and to maintain their licenses. I also make sure the agency is compliant with all State and Federal employment rulings.” Cindy has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2008.
